Question: When should you rebound a relationship?

The biggest indicator of an unhealthy rebound is the imbalance between what youre willing to give and what you expect to get from this new partner. How long after a relationship is a rebound? The most common amount of time to wait after a big breakup is three to four months for a relationship that lasted for a year.

When should I rebound?

Generally, ten minutes per day is the ideal amount of time to devote to rebounding when first starting this exercise. More experienced rebounders may increase this to 20 or 30 minutes or enjoy multiple ten-minute sessions each day.

Is a rebound relationship necessary?

A rebound is supposed to help you move on from an ex, and should distract your thoughts and body. A rebound has positive benefits because it boosts your confidence and replaces the void from the previous relationship. You dont have to physically rebound with someone else to gain the benefits.
