Is it okay to still talk to your ex while in a relationship?

You must completely let go of your past since talking to an ex while in a relationship is not such a good idea. They shouldnt be plastered all over your phone. Its okay to have them on your social media, but dont interact with them. Dont text each other or like each others photos.
